OUR SOLUTION

CellMine is redefining how critical materials are recovered and reused in the battery supply chain.

Our sulphate-free, zero-waste process transforms complex black mass into high-performance cathode materials—delivering both single and polycrystalline outputs with tight morphology control. Unlike conventional hydrometallurgy, CellMine produces no sodium sulphate waste, requires lower CapEx, and enables the direct production of battery-grade materials from a wider range of feedstocks.

At the heart of our innovation is a proprietary reactor system that offers Morphology on Demand, allowing us to precisely tailor particle characteristics to meet the evolving needs of battery manufacturers. This flexibility not only improves material performance but also ensures compatibility with future chemistries—supporting manufacturers to scale without being locked into single-chemistry production lines.

Designed for drop-in deployment and licensing, CellMine’s platform supports both regional and gigafactory-scale operations. It enables partners to meet upcoming regulatory requirements for recycled content while reducing cost, complexity, and environmental impact.

By turning waste into value and engineering performance into recycled materials, CellMine is delivering the next generation of battery material technology—scalable, sustainable, and ready for what’s next.

WHY CELLMINE

0
metric tons

The global demand for lithium is expected to exceed 1 million metric tons by 2025, Increasing to 2 million by 2030, a significant increase from around 47,300 metric tons in 2020.

0%
of Lithium

The European Union’s Battery Directive proposes that by 2030, at least 70% of lithium, 95% of cobalt, and 90% of nickel in batteries must be recycled.

tons

It’s estimated that by 2030, there will be over 11 million tons of spent lithium-ion batteries globally,.
